EMERGENCY SUPPORT
When something needs attention.
Enrolled Home Watch clients can request local response and coordination when an unexpected property issue occurs. NestIQ can assess obvious conditions, communicate what is observed, provide authorized access to a vendor, and secure the property afterward.
Emergency support is not a substitute for police, fire, medical, utility or licensed trade emergency services, and response is subject to availability, safety and the client's service agreement.
